We were honoured and pleased to represent Plane Sense Wellington, along with Kim Murray, at the High Court last week to challenge Wellington northerly jet departure track changes in 2022 as being unlawful. As Plane Sense told the court, this case was never about communities competing over who bears the impact. It’s about ensuring that major organisations properly consider community health, safety, and well-being in the local environment.
